I am part of a group of wonderful ladies who run Inspiring the Coast Facebook page. We are all Mums and located on the Central Coast, NSW. The purpose of the page is to inspire, so we can rise above our challenges and the mundane, ground hog feel that we all sometimes feel. We are passionate about helping to make a difference in the community and focusing on important issues that many parents face such as mental health, domestic violence, pregnancy loss, premature birth, sick children and special needs

Inspring Mums Central Coast is our Facebook group for Mums  and Mums to be on the Central Coast NSW to  meet, discuss any thing parenting related, share ideas. The aim is to empower and inspire, uplift and support.

I am a Care for the Coast volunteer and drop off point.  Care For The Coast is a not for profit organisation based on the NSW Central Coast run by Mums on a mission to unite our beautiful community by calling on its members to help families in our midst experiencing hardship and crisis.  primary function is the collection of new and preloved goods from the community to redistribute free of charge to those amongst us doing it tough, however we also act as a referral service to help families find the community services that can best aid them in getting back on top of things.

I am also a member of the Central Coast White Ribbon Committee. The Central Coast White Ribbon Committee aims to prevent, reduce and eliminate domestic and family violence on the Central Coast through education, awareness, advocacy and community engagement. The committee recognises that taking positive steps towards breaking the cycle of domestic and family violence is a whole of community responsibility, requiring on-going education and activities that challenge attitudes and behaviours which maintain and/or support violence within our community.
